Appreciate that you allowed two walkers to start at 7.30 and cheered us on every time we came through. That was special.

I so appreciate the friendliness and everything about this marathon. The loops are wondering. However, it's still easy to go on the wrong loop. Suggestion to have red and green arrows in more places. The new map is very clear but actually there are often two options in the same direction and nothing to indicate which option is the course. I hate to suggest this but it would be huge for those of us who find the course confusing - especially when we started at 7.30 and could not expect marshalls to be out there for us.

Maybe you would consider offering the marathon to walkers, let them register and start us at 7.30. I understand it would mean more marshalls or those volunteering to have a longer day - but a suggestion.

Thanks a million. Totally satisfied and I had a super day and made lots of new connections. That's what marathons are all about.

The only thing I'd change is the food at the aid stations. The jelly babies melted in the sun and ran out on the last lap. I can't eat bananas so that was that. Maybe some squash at the start finish. Oranges would be good.

Everything else perfect.

Only thing that needs improving is the marshals paying attention, first loop even with pacer there was a point that marshal was in totally wrong place and we didn't know where to go. Then running the second 7 mile loop on both last crossings I got directed to cross only to have to jump away from car on opposite side of the road that carried on because no one was stopping it, last stop the lady was too busy chatting with someone 10 metres from the crossing. On the other side there were some lovely marshals on the drinks station. Overall very good though just a minor improvement needed
